From the beginning, we wanted to create an ideal community where people and nature live in harmony. The Meadows Sanctuary provides a mix of old and new, with tree-lined streets combined with a gated entry and luxury homes. This exceptional community of 86 luxury homes located in southern Jefferson County is now transforming into an ideal home for people as well as wildlife. With a wild bird sanctuary as its focus, The Meadows Sanctuary is the first of its kind. Here nature's beauty and tranquility will surround you. Streams and ponds cascade in your backyard while songbirds serenade among the trees and shrubs.
The centerpiece of The Meadows Sanctuary is its natural park, nearly 11 acres in size. With streams, ponds, wetlands and a nature trail, the park has been designed for both families and wildlife. The park includes 300 trees, 9,000 shrubs and more than 33,000 wetland plants, all carefully chosen to attract wild birds and other wildlife. Another 300 trees and 5,000 shrubs will be integrated throughout the community along the streets and in the greenbelt areas.
